General Terms
All classes advertised are subject to availability, and we can accommodate a maximum of 12 students. Bookings should be made in advance by clicking on the class you require in our ‘What’s On’ section of the website. Payment can be made via debit or credit card.
Payment
Full payment should be made at the time of booking via our online payment system. We reserve the right to change prices but would only apply for future bookings.
Cancellation by the participant
If you need to cancel the session you booked, we require minimum of 24 hours notice before the scheduled start time of the class to receive a full refund or to re-book for a later session.
Cancellation by Holly Tree Yoga Collective
We are usually able to switch the teaching rota at short notice, but if in the rare event of the session having to be cancelled, you will receive a full refund and the opportunity to rebook for a later session.
Health & Safety
You must inform us of any pre-existing health conditions, injuries or concerns prior to participating, and by booking the practice for yourself or your guest you confirm that you/they are physically capable of participating. All members hold full insurance for teaching class.
Class Etiquette
Please arrive at least five minutes before the class starts. We pride ourselves in upholding the values of the Holly Tree Yoga Collective, and being respectful to whoever is leading practice and showing kindness and consideration to all our fellow yogis. Turn mobile phone onto silent to ensure peaceful focused practice, and remember to bring any personal belongings home with you.
