Deepen your skills in supporting women. During this half-day workshop we will focus on the muscles within the pelvic bowl—what you may know and refer to as the pelvic floor. You will leave with a clearer understanding of women’s bodies, including your own, from the core, and with more confidence to integrate the knowledge and awareness of these vital muscles into your classes.

This training is for yoga teachers who want to better serve the women in their classes, other therapists supporting women and experienced yogis who wish to deepen their understanding.
