Pelvic Love - CPD Training Day with Lynn Murphy
Deepen your skills in supporting women. During this half-day workshop we will focus on the muscles within the pelvic bowl—what you may know and refer to as the pelvic floor. You will leave with a clearer understanding of women’s bodies, including your own, from the core, and with more confidence to integrate the knowledge and awareness of these vital muscles into your classes.
This training is for yoga teachers who want to better serve the women in their classes, other therapists supporting women and experienced yogis who wish to deepen their understanding.

The Art of Supportive Touch - with Holly Warren
Discover the subtle art of assisting, where mindful touch meets embodied awareness. In this experiential workshop, we’ll explore how to offer safe, confident, and intuitive assists that enhance both alignment and energetic flow.
Drawing inspiration from a heart-centered approach to yoga, this session will deepen your understanding of the body’s language, refine your observation skills, and cultivate sensitivity in your teaching.
Through partner work, demonstration, and reflection, you’ll learn:
• How to ground yourself before offering an assist
• The difference between corrective and supportive touch
• Ways to adapt assists to various bodies and abilities
• How to maintain consent and presence in every interaction
Whether you’re a teacher wishing to refine your assists or are curious about the depth of connection within practice, this workshop will leave you feeling more attuned, confident, and inspired.
Come as you are — learn, explore, and connect through the language of mindful touch.
