Bio
Persistent back pain led me to yoga many years ago and It became much more. I was fascinated by how movement could quiet the mind and how the breath could transform the body. I wanted to share the benefits of movement and breath with others leading me to my training in 2023. I continue to depend my understanding of all aspects of yoga and have been fortunate to have many teachers along the way. Being part of the Holly Tree Yoga Collective allows me to share, listen and continue learning.
