Bio: Looking back, I recognise that yoga has always been my foundation, a lifelong exploration of movement, breath, and the stillness within.
Introduced to meditation at the age of seven, I developed an early appreciation for awareness and inner connection. As a teenager, I volunteered on silent retreats in Germany’s Black Forest and later travelled to India to deepen my studies in my late teens.

Movement has always been central to my life. My background in contemporary dance allowed me to explore expression through the body, eventually leading to a professional career in performance. Over time, yoga naturally integrated into my work, complementing my understanding of embodiment and presence.

This integration led me to facilitate breath and meditation workshops across Europe, teach on 200-hour yoga teacher training programmes, and establish the Simply Embodied 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bath, UK.

Today, my work continues to focus on cultivating embodiment, awareness, and connection. I aim to guide others toward a grounded and compassionate relationship with themselves and, through that, with the world around them.
